The Laconic page for the trope defines it as "Flexibility Up To Eleven as a superpower", though. (As an aside, Up To Eleven is now a redirect, so if anyone can think of a better Laconic description, they should change that as well.)

I saw that Rubber Man was added, but IMO that trope stretches (no pun intended) the intended idea of the index past the breaking point, as being able to stretch and morph like that doesn't involve actually being dextrous or agile and "flexibility" is intended in the sense of being tied to the other to things.
