Does non-binary actors like Casey Mongillo and Corina Boettger count?

This doesn't have to change anything on the page, but as a trans person, I would count any time a trans person voices a character of their identified gender as this, even pre-transitioning. Any objections to putting it on Trivia pages for works where that applies?

Given the minor edit war over the entry here and the discussion over it https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/query.php?parent_id=70618&type=att here, I believe the consensus was that if a VA sees themselves as a different gender than the one they're voicing, it qualifies as this trope. I do think that maybe something should be added to the trope page in case others have the same question in the future.
