Art was holding a mug when he was talking about using the 'herb tea' to test the new coffee maker. The look on his face after the 'this was Herb' comment was priceless.
The scene also made it onto a later clip show. (The court is visited by a city auditor enquiring about the frequent and odd expenditures they have.)
