Here is an example dealing with Watson's halluncination of anthropmorhic baked goods.
Live-Action Film:
In the movie Young Sherlock Holmes, while the famous duo are still schoolboys, the young Watson has a sweet tooth, particularly for pastries. This leads him to experience a hallucination of being swarmed by aggressive baked goods with tiny arms and legs, all demanding 'Eat Me!" while stuffing themselves into his mouth.
