There was a short-lived live-action TV series called The Smothers Brothers Show which aired in the 1965-66 season. The premise had Tom playing Dick's Guardian Angel.

I only remember an animated opening titles sequence where Tommy goes boating, falls overboard, and shows up knocking at Dick's door, now wearing wings. The main entry for The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour states the show was not a favorite of the brothers, and backstage conflicts with the producers and network likely led to its cancelation.
