In the Elder Scrolls series, at the end of the Shivering Isles expansion for Oblivion, the player character becomes Sheogorath, the Daedric Prince of Madness. I put this here because I'm not sure what type of an example it is, or even if its an example at all.

I think Actraiser should be listed under type B, as the player is adressed directly as the god.

I vote Black & White be added to Flavor A. It's directly stated in-game that you are a god. I just wanted to check in to see if anybody else thought so.
