Pulled this because it seems the example does not fit the trope. I suspect the contributor thought What Happened to the Mouse? is about things that happen to mice.

  • What Happened to the Mouse?: Edgecombe took care of Mr. Jingles after Del's execution. At the time of the narration Mr. Jingles had lived thirty times the normal lifespan (two years) of mice.
