Pulled this little conversation. I haven't seen this movie, but when there is "quite a bit of blood", then it probably is not Bloodless Carnage at all.
Bloodless Carnage: After a suicide by jumping off the roof and smashing through the greenhouse face and body appear intact...as far as we can tell.
Partially inverted in that while Sara's body looks undamaged, there is quite a bit of blood.
