Word of God has it that God has changed his mind about Accelerando and Glasshouse being related: "I was thinking about turning "Accelerando" into the root of a trilogy when I began "Glasshouse", but got cold feet very fast when I began contemplating what I'd have to do for book #3."

I added a few more details recently supplied by Charlie in his blog.
"A Colder War" has been cited enough that it really deserves its own entry as a work of literature. I really should be job hunting right now, though.
