I fail to see how this part of the introduction text is "inflammatory", I think Bioware's reputation being damaged is pretty much universally known at this point. We have to include it somewhere, if we are not allowed to use YMMV pages.

So... why no YMMV? Originally people moved everything to the YMMV section because these tropes were opinionated and might not be held by everyone, so they didn't belong on the front page. That's fine, but now we're just cutting off the YMMV pages? Same thing happened to the Capcom page.
Yes, they tend to be used for complaints, but now NO trope that is classified as "YMMV" can be used on the Bioware page or any page with a locked YMMV. Something's kind of fishy here...
