They seriously should've followed up that Demogoblin shit from the clone saga. The concept behind it is just to interesting to leave hanging the way it was.

  • Author Appeal: Kitty Pryde's main reason for becoming a main character in the comic is because Bendis admitted that he always liked the character (and he even had a crush on her as a kid).

Citation needed on that one. When did Bendis say that? I have searched and couldn't find it.

If no citation is found, then yeah delete it...

As discussed here, the death of Peter Parker is a Late-Arrival Spoiler as of now, so I will remove the spoiler tags about it. The events of the comic "Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man", however, should remain hidden.

Do we really need to spoiler the thing that happened before Volume 3? It was kind of advertised everywhere before the story even unfolded.

Considering the nature of comic books in relation to death, not many people will buy that the titular character was killed off so it may be important to spoiler it. Although it has been two years since Peter's death so could be entailed as You Should Know This Already.

It was in the freaking mainstream news. I think we're reached You Should Know This Already territory.

But what about now that he seems to be coming back?

So the character page is a bit lacking in both the Rogue's Gallery department and Supporting character department. Now I understand that Peter in the first issue comes across many people, so many that it is quite hard to ascertain if a character is substantial enough to even be mentioned. The question is how in depth does it need to be in regards to characters? Do we include characters that shown up for at least one arc(Lana Baumgartner, Moon Knight, Black Cat)? Or do we cut out characters who may have been important to the series but are stars in their own series(Liz Allen, Kitty Pryde)? Or is simply appearing enough to warrant an entry?

By the way, I'm including Lana Baumgartner and Tandy Bowen because it appears the sole reason that Bendis kept Peter alive just to kill him off again was to introduce those characters(sarcasm).

Why are the YMMV and Character pages for the Ultimate Spidey show sharing space with the Ult. Spider-Man cartoon? It's already been established that the cartoon and the comics have nothing to do with one another. Shouldn't these pages be separated?

I think it's because the show shares the name of this work, and so I don't think you can give the show it's own character space, etc. unless you alter it's name. I'm thinking there's another way, because I think I've seen other works that shared names but had separate subpages. I don't know how to go about that though.

And also because whoever's working on the trope page for the show would find it far easier to piggy-back onto an already established Character page instead of finding out how to establish a Character space on their own.

The two shows are now split in differently-named articles, along with their character pages, so it's no longer a problem.

Is it alright to put Spider-Men tropes here? Considering that they're probably more pertinent to the Ultimate universe canon. (the only thing from the 616verse in the story-line is the Amazing Spider-Man).

I just had to put it out their that this troper's older sister, who is very aware of how I am an avid Spidey fan, came up to me and tried to say that they killed of Spidey. I had to correct her and explain that this took place in a spin-off series, not the actual main Spider Man continuity.

This example is In-Universe so it doesn't go to YMMV but I don't know where to put it:

I'd say put it in the main page, but make sure to note that it's in-universe in the first line.

Should we make a new page for the animated show? Or should we wait until more info of the show comes out?

Why does Man of Acion's involvement on the upcoming Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon count as And The Fandom Rejoiced? Paul Dini I can understand, but both Ben 10 and Generator Rex are just about the ultimate examples of So Okay, It's Average.

To you maybe, But they are both highly popular shows and many of the fandom did rejoice when it was announced.

Also, Joe Kelly on Spider-Man is Always good.
