Since link about gekirin isn't working, I will put an explanation here: "Gekirin" literally means "Imperial Wrath" and comes from "Gekirin ni fureru". Gekirin is the only one of all 81 scales on a dragon that grows in the opposite direction to all the others what makes it a"reverse scale". An eastern dragon doesn’t harm humans in general (unlike its western counterpart), but hates to have its reverse scale touched. If it happens, the dragon would become furious and kill the person responsible immediately. Therefore, "Gekirin ni fureru" means, "to incur the wrath of the Emperor; to provoke the Emperor’s wrath;to step on the toes of a man in power”.

- Instant Awesome Just Add Dragons: His aces were the Four Dimension Dragons and he eventually became a dragon himself. His revived deck is a dragon deck designed to protect and dominate the field utterly, with the Four Dimension Dragons "evolving" into corrupt and stronger versions of themselves.
