The character page is getting kind of long. Would it be a good idea to split it up into subpages? One for each sword type, one for the pole arms (the yari + naginata), and then just leave the enemies + saniwa + Konnosuke on the main character page?
It seems my edit reason for removing Meaningful Name from Mouri's section wasn't as clear as it could have been, so I'll try to lay things out here as clearly as possible to avoid an Edit War.
"Mouri" does not mean "forest." At all. Ever. There is no combination of characters that are both pronounced "mouri" and mean "forest." http://jisho.org/search/mouri
One of the characters for "forest," 森, is pronounced "mori." Not "mouri." I know that may seem like a trivial difference, but it's important. Whether or not you use a long vowel sound in a word can change its meaning completely. The example my college Japanese professor used was the difference between calling a woman "obasan" (aunt/middle-aged woman) vs "obaasan" (grandmother/old woman). (The other "forest" character is 林, pronounced "hayashi.") http://jisho.org/search/forest
So, I believe that Meaningful Name doesn't apply to Mouri.
His hair isn't forest green anyway; it's lime green (forest green is a much darker shade). I doubt it's much more than a coincidence.
Regarding Yamatonokami Yasusada's alternate romanisation of Yamato-no-kami, can anyone who understands the kanji say whether this accurately reflects how the name is constructed?
Stories don't tell us monsters exist; we knew that already. They show us that monsters can be trademarked and milked for years.I don't really understand why any mention of fanon has suddenly been taken off the page. The character pages for works like Touhou and Kantai Collection have lots of references to fanon, since the fandoms are very much part of the experience for both games. Touken Ranbu may not have been around for very long, but it's pretty clearly going to head that way as well.
I think we should allow mentions of fandom as long as it's the kind that's undergone mass Memetic Mutation and not just an example from one fan's works.
Hide / Show RepliesFanon does not belong on Character pages unless it officially became part of canon. Only on the YMMV one. Sorry.

So regarding the character development entries for Kiwame, I think when adding in any details, you should maybe make sure that you aren't just getting random bits and pieces from their letters and actually write down how they have grown and changed as a character.
I edited some of them due to the grammatical mistakes, spelling errors, and the lack of depicting actual character growth, but I guess the above is just food for thought for future Kiwame entries. I hope this makes sense, thanks~
