My two cents: I think there needs to be more evidence before it can be definitively concluded that Caveira is indeed a Butch (take note she doesn't have Boyish Short Hair to match the trope's definition). At best, she may be a downplayed version of the trope, but on the other hand we have not yet seen Camila, nor what their relationship looks like, to give us something more to go on.

The closest I can think of is Lesbian Jock, but it's still a bit of a stretch in my opinion. Not sure if Caveira enjoys any particular sport, though on the other hand she was pissed off when her team lost in one of the Invitationals so she must have a competitive streak at least.

Actually, she is into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and partakes in underground tournaments. And yes, this is something that is reflected in her Elite skin.
So, I know that Caveira's Butch Lesbian example entry was deleted a while back because it was considered pure speculation as a result of Ghost Recon Wildlands implying a relationship between her and Twtch but ever since Year 6 Season 4, High Calibre, we know for sure that it applies for Caveira, at least, in that she has a girlfriend back home named Camila.
