Was just about to post. I feel like it's more Trivia? Deleted Scene rather than All There in the Manual? If the names showed up in promo material, for instance, that'd probably count as ATITM, but here afaik it's from datamining, not any official release?
I get wanting to be consistent with the names if we can, but I don't think we can count it as official yet. Though Word of God from Double Fine confirming it would be enough for me.

Tumblr users have discovered dialogue that was cut from the game, centred around something called the "Intern Mentathalon." This piece of dialogue reveals that Norma & Lizzie's surname is Natividad, while Gisu's surname is Neruman. The other interns full names match what was given in the game. Should the surnames be added or, since it was cut from the game, should it just be left as is?
