Crossover characters that are not from Cygames get grouped together on their own page?
If each of the five elements get 25 people, should we spit the page into more subpages?
Hide / Show RepliesSounds reasonable. I think if one category already has 25 folders, then it would be time to split. Or if there have been too many listed tropes on this page already (making it a long pags), then we would have to split it in at least 5 categories. And we already started alphabetical grouping by using the 5 Elements so we'll stick with that for now. I'm OK with the 5 elements acting as subpages. It would only be a matter of time as to when should we start the splitting.
But if there would probably be 60 or more folders in one subpage, then obviously, the subpage would be split further by Alphabet. And if there would be unique factions or groups of special characters that also have too many shared tropes, they would be separated from the initial split. For reference, see how the Granblue character page was split
We don't know if Dragalia will have collabs with other franchises that are not Cygames nor Nintendo, but I guess they might have their own subpage in the future as well, and I'm not sure about the other's suggestions though, but here's possible a TLDR, or how the Recruitable Characters Navigation on top of the page would look like for Recruitable Characters if there is no need for alphabetical splitting yet.
Recruitable Adventurers (Flame | Water | Wind | Light | Shadow)
But just in case, if one subpage must be split further alphabetically,
Recruitable Adventurers Flame (A-E) (F-N) (O-Z) | Water | Wind | Light | Shadow
With Great Power, Comes Great MotivationSorry if that reply came up as a wall of text, this site seems to have messed up formatting somehow.
Anyway, a shorter answer:
Yes. split this page into Elemental subpages. Then we'll have to decide again if one of the pages need further splitting by alphabet. And we'll just see in the future if this game would have unique factions with shared tropes, or characters from limited-time event collaborations with other franchises.
Edited by DanteVin With Great Power, Comes Great MotivationDoes the alternate Element count in inclusion to the specific Element numbers or not?
Datamined content shows that there will be themed versions of characters as new adventurers (for instance, Halloween-themed alts of Ellisanne, Althemia, Edward, and Silke). How should this be handled for their character entries, since currently their headers only cover their default forms, whereas the themed alts will have different elements, rarities, and even potentially weapons.
Should we just include the alts' info as "extra" headers in the same character folder? Reorganize the headers to be more modular? It's possible we may even need to rethink grouping the adventurers/dragons by element, since Elisanne, for instance (ignoring that she is a Main character), will exist as both a Water and a Light type adventurer.
Edited by Loyal2NES I wouldn't be posting at this forum if I didn't think it a necessary step. Hide / Show RepliesI say put in parentheses the event variant next to their name when you put them into their new element.

Light
^ This looks like a good way to start. We can do the same for Silke in the Dragons page, too.

Some of the characters are becoming free Starting Units. I propose to add a note in their Debut section.
