Technically, this trope should only apply when the audience (not just a character) learns something new.
So this trope work in meta level, not In-Universe. Whil they get attacked by Brewers soon enough, Masahiro being one of Man Rodi's pilot isn't reaveal in that episode. So no, it isn't Five-Second Foreshadowing.
