I believe I saw this on Comedy Central in the mid-'90s. Probably an SNL rerun from the late '80s or early '90s, but I'm not totally sure. I think it was a parody of Jeopardy, because the fake game show set was mostly beige/cream colors. The only thing I remember was a stoner/hair metal/Bill & Ted type whose every answer was an extremely long winded rant about finding a girl who dumped him and burning her house down.
Oh, and it goes without saying that Google is useless, because it just spams Celebrity Jeopardy skits everywhere.
