Page Type Corrections

Okay, I changed the page type, changed that line in the description, and added the page to Tropes Needing Examples.

Just fixed a bunch of mistyped Creator/ pages. Most were typed as work, but there were also a bunch that were typed as Just For Fun. I wonder how that happened?

Badass Boast, Fanon Discontinuity, Dirty Communists, Fan Nickname (and a few others from Liminal Laconics List) have the index pagetype but have examples. Should these be changed to "trope" pagetype?

I think those page type changes were either from a misunderstanding or an attempt to get the page to index. Feel free to change the type to trope.

Laconic Wiki shouldn't be an index, yes? Laconic.Laconic Wiki got cut.

I suppose I'd make it Admin to match Quotes Wiki.

Should Fridge be Index instead of Disambig?

Probably, Fridge as of whole sometimes get mention.

Applied Phlebotinum currently has the Index page type, but is otherwise treated as an exampleless Super-Trope, with a long description, image, video examples, and subpages. It's also used very often as a trope on work pages. We could clean that up, but it would be far easier to just change the page type to Trope and call it a day.

Looking back in the history, I discovered that Fridge was turned into a disambig seemingly unilaterally, so I turned it back into a regular index.

Excalibur was brought up somewhere. It's typed as disambig, but is written like a trope page, so turning the page type to trope.

Is Fictional Country really an index or a supertrope?

Definitely a supertrope to me and that's how the page is formatted. I say that it should be typed as trope.

I brought this up in the namespace configuration thread but, what do you think the default page type for the Derivative Works/ namespace be?

I'm going with "index" at least for the ones without a "tropelist about common tropes in adaptations"

Because the page usually just links to other pages on the wiki.

How do we handle Genre pages like Super Robot Genre? They're almost at the point of getting onto the pre-Overdosed Tropes list. Tropes By Wick Count 1500 To 4000

I think we'd want it to be consistent, so I lean towards subpage.

What "page type" should pages in the new Platform/ pages have? I suggested that maybe it should be Useful Notes but I'm not so sure. They definitely aren't Works so "work" wouldn't fit. It is certainly not a "subpage". They clearly act more than just indexes due to the amount of info they have.
