• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • In the anime adaptation of Arakawa Under the Bridge, Hoshi (the mugger during a scene in Vaguely Recalling JoJo) gets voiced by Tomokazu Sugita, and then he gets to voice Joseph Joestar in the 2012 anime adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. This scene is hilarious if you know that because Rubber Soul had just technically gave Joseph Joestar a coconut backbreaker.
  • During the second episode of the High Priestess mini-arc, Jack the Ripper does a filk song based on the Japanese 24 commercials. Before this, Rikiya Koyama voiced Jack Bauer in the Japanese dub, and got in as Yoshikage Kira in All Star Battle. He also voiced Will A. Zepelli in the Phantom Blood movie, but no one likes to talk about that.
  • In a sight gag during the Justice mini-arc, the Runaway Girl's name in the guestbook is Runaway Girl. However, she got a name in the 2014 anime adaptation of Stardust Crusaders: Ann.
  • Vaguely Recalling JoJo spoofed the Persona 4 opening in 2012. Later on, A Different Kind of Truth was written, which is a Jojo/Persona 4 crossover.
