Although it might be justified; since the fortress feeds on emotions, the power levels of the summoned enemies are merely as powerful as perceived by those who enters.
  • On a bigger note, despite being a god-like fighter, Ultraman Noa was brought down to Nexus form and then defeated and captured entirely offscreen by Etelgar.
