• Broken Base: Regarding the missing Bayformers bots, some fans wish they had them specifically back while others don't mind that they're gone but wish that the revived version could have put in more new bots to take their place. Of course, there are also people who are just glad to have the game back at all and people who dislike Bayformers and were more than happy to say good riddance to them.
• Heartwarming Moments: In one mission, Galvatron insults Rodimus for his role in Optimus's death in the movie and calls him a betrayer to the Autobots. Rodimus actually agrees with him, but Optimus defends Rodimus and states that no one but Megatron is to blame for killing him. It's very touching.
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: Even people who don't like Bayformers aren't exactly happy that the revived version doesn't have bots from it, with many finding the fact that it now has Chromia and Dead End in it to be small consolation considering that the game still has nine fewer bots than it did before and it's unlikely that any more will be added in the future. The fact that you need a Netflix account to play doesn't help either.
