• Ass Pull:
  • Lindsay's elimination comes off as this to some. While she is leading her team during the Sweden challenge, it is revealed that she kept the crayon she sneezed out back in the Alps, despite there being no previous indication that she kept it, and laughs at how it was keeping her from her true potential for all these years. But while messing around with it, she is struck by a stray cannonball and it ends up getting stuck back up her nose and in her brain again, making her even dumber than she previously was, with her even voting herself off at elimination. This comes off as a bit of a contrived way to get Lindsay out of the game, especially when she was so close to exposing Alejandro.
  • The reveal that Chris has a cloning machine comes pretty much out of nowhere and seemingly only serves to cause Fridge Horror.
• Broken Base: This story has become the most divisive of the Danicus stories. While there are fans who enjoy the twists and changes of the story, there are detractors who point out the flaws, like the bias for contestants being more present and characters being OOC for the sake of the story.
