YMMV / The Last Great Time War

• Heartwarming Moments:
  • The Moment lets the Warrior use it and survive not as act of punishment, but to give him a chance to redeem himself and to go on.
  • The Bittersweet Ending of the Doctor recovering, realizing that the universe still needs a Doctor, and that it was going to be fantastic.
• Iron Woobie: Doctor/Warrior/Renegade. Romana.
• Moment of Awesome:
  • Near the end of part II, the War Doctor deliberately summons the Nightmare Child to the Dalek stronghold in the Medusa Cascade, laughs in its face, and uses a homemade superweapon to destroy the Daleks and drive it away so that it seals the rift.
  • The scene when the War Doctor finally destroys all forces participating in Time War using the Moment.
• Moral Event Horizon: Rassilon in his backstory, when he tried to use his creation, the Moment, to destroy all races that has developed time-travelling technologies. It imprisons him for this in his Tomb for a million years.
  • He also retgoned King of Time, even though the latter wanted to be his ally.
  • Of course, Daleks are long past this, but one outstanding moment is near the end of part I, when they captured Time Lords' Cruciform, and retgone 7 galaxies, destroying billions of lives. It was so bad that the Master has fled in fear to the end of the universe.
    • Then they destroy the galaxy again, so the Doctor butchered their entire fleet using his TARDIS.
• Tear Jerker: Deaths of Romana and Susan. Destruction of New Temporal Alliance. Warrior's using the Moment.
• The Woobie: Doctor/Warrior/Renegade. Romana.
