• Complete Monster: Issue #3: The Top, real name Roscoe Dillon, is a former scientist at Central City Advanced Robotics turned Arms Dealer. After losing his job for using his technology to enhance his body, the Top breaks into his old laboratory and leaves his robots to massacre other scientists. Deciding to impress investors by killing the Flash, the Top causes destruction in Central City to lure the Flash out and threatens to destroy the whole city with giant weapons unless its inhabitants surrender the Flash to him. When the citizens refuse his demands and his investors cut him off because of the destruction he caused, the Top tries to destroy Central City as a demonstration of the destructive power of his weapons.
• Funny Moments: Patty's facial expressions in issue #2. You just know she'll be played by Saorise-Monica Jackson when you see her give Barry the Erin Quinn scowl. When Barry eventually gets on top of things well enough to make her look bad, the face she makes resembles a dumbstruck emoticon.
• Harsher in Hindsight: The cover variant for issue #1 shows Barry putting on his Flash costume as he runs naked through the streets, obviously intended as little more than a gag. This was released at the same time that Ezra Miller was accused of trying to corrupt a minor, so the public reacted with outright disgust.
