• Canon Defilement: Making Rebora, a sword, a girl is a violation of one of the most basic rules of TouRabu canon; canon swords are all bluntly stated to be touken danshi, which translates to "sword men".
• Fight Scene Failure: This fic is not very good at describing action sequences.
  I land in front of Ieyasu and kill the closes Retrograde soldier. Iwatooshi and Mikazuki did the same to the soldier on the back.
• Narm: Plays one of the weirdest examples of Demon King Nobunaga in a while, it's hard not to laugh at what's supposedly a serious, shocking revelation.
  • Rebora's death is played in such an overly dramatic way, it's obvious the fic is trying too hard to wave in the readers' faces that she's Too Good for This Sinful Earth and thus hard to take seriously.
• Ron the Death Eater: Rebora is often seen by detractors as a narcissist that makes everything about her.
• So Bad, It's Good: So over-the-top in its relentless shilling of Rebora and placing her as the ultimate hero to solve the central conflict of TouRabu once and for all, the fic is likely this if one doesn't find its constant Mighty Whitey implications just plain offensive.
