• He Really Can Act: In this short Billy Bletcher is quite good in being able to alter his voice from a sweet falsetto to his iconic deep and menacing one when he voices Lawyer Goodwill.
• Moral Event Horizon: Goodwill cross it when he tries to kill Porky and his brothers so he can get their property. It's also implied that the death he plans for them must be quite cruel and sadistic.
• Nightmare Fuel: This is probably one of the darkest of all Looney Tunes shorts with very little comedic moments.
