• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • In this episode, Honey Boo Boo gets a heart transplant from a pig. In January 2022, a pig-to-human heart transplant was successfully performed.
  • The subplot has James Cameron go on a deep sea dive to find "the bar" and raise it, and then concludes his mission by announcing he's going to work on Avatar 2. The second Avatar movie is named The Way of Water and makes a big deal out of its underwater filming techniques.
• Unintentional Period Piece: At the end of the episode, James Cameron announces his intention to work on Avatar 2, dating the episode to before 2022, when the film was released.
