• Crosses the Line Twice: A moment from Garfield: Zero Prejudice especially stands out as this. Garfield threatening to shoot a child to motivate the team he's training is horrifying; said child being happy that he's helping end racism by being threatened is this trope.
• Ending Fatigue: The Garfield Bowl continues on for several paragraphs after Kanye’s defeat, dedicated to Garfield curing his victims through IKEA Erotica, performing at the Super Bowl and winning the trophy despite not actually playing. And then it attempts a Sequel Hook, despite there being no room for the plot to continue.
• Ron the Death Eater: Most of the fics feature some canon character or Real Life individual being turned into a cartoonishly over-the-top villain. Among other examples, Lionel Logue becomes a Nazi spy, Sebastian becomes a brutal Domestic Abuser, Prince Harry is effectively a megalomaniacal Bond villain bent on avenging his brother's defeat via chaining Garfield to Stonehenge, Kanye West becomes a supervillain bent on destroying the world with Ebola, Ralphie sells his soul to Satan to become a demonic overlord who tortures his own family and threatens all of existence (Garfield actually has some trouble defeating him at first), Troy becomes "the Troy-Tyrant" by injecting himself with the T-virus from Resident Evil, Mark Zuckerberg and Justin Timberlake try to steal "the Facebook", a singular device, from Garfield, who created it...the list goes on.
• Squick: The ladies in each fic "pleasuring" Garfield. Aside from the fact that no one seems to bat an eye at the bestiality, he's not above having sex with teenagers (Sakura, Gabriella, Sharpay), and he's not above fulfilling the Girl on Girl Is Hot quota by using girls who are related to each other.
