Accidental Innuendo: In "Missy Makes a Move" Lenny says he's off to check what sort of mess the kids have made in their crypts. He's referring to not having cleaned their rooms in a while, but it sounds like they wet the bed.
Ho Yay: In "The Arena of Terror" Gothetta finds Oskar reading a wrestling magazine, which she remarks with curiosity since Oskar had shown to be dismissive of pro wrestling due to it being fake. Oskar defends himself saying that the articles are actually quite interesting. Magazine with questionable pictures, "I read it for the articles"... hmm.
Squick: Given they're The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything it's easy to forget they're vampires and not humans, so when one of them eats a butterfly for example it can be quite jarring.
Strawman Has a Point: Polidori is presented as the antagonist of the show, but he is right that most vampires are dangerous and a threat to humans. Oskar being a Reluctant Monster is an exception to the rule.
