YMMV / Sary

• Crosses the Line Twice: The fic has violence, rape, pedophilia, incest and bestiality all rolled into a short narrative, but the spelling and grammar mistakes and Random Events Plot makes it terribly funny.
• Designated Hero:
  • Legolas doesn't feel bad when his friend is killed by a monkey; he even goes on to have sex with and marry the monkey for it. Even Sary is disgusted by his actions, and yet he gets a Happily Ever After at the end.
  • Aragorn is no saint either; he has sex with Sary shortly after she's raped. He also, despite knowing Frodo is possessed, kills him remorselessly and doesn't bother to get him revived by Eldorna afterward.
• Designated Villain: Frodo is promptly killed near the beginning and never mentioned again, no one feels bad for him, even though his actions are purely caused by Demonic Possession.
• Fridge Horror:
  • Legolas is the only dead heroic character that's revived. The other ones (Frodo and Aragorn) are killed unceremoniously and their deaths totally ignored by the narrative and other characters.
  • What would Sam feel about his master's being possessed by Sauron to randomly rape a girl, then killed off and forgotten?
• Signature Scene: As random as this fic is, the scene where Aragorn is slain by a monkey and Legolas humps the monkey afterwards is the bizarrest and most memorable of all.
• So Bad, It's Good: Has the same amount of spelling and grammatical butchering of legolas by laura, but twice the amount of bizarreness.
• Strangled by the Red String: Legolas and Aragorn randomly fall in love with Sary without any convincing reason. Legolas later falls in love with and marries a monkey as soon as it's introduced.
• Squick:
  • Aragorn and Legolas both fall in love with a 13-year-old. Made even worse by the fact Tolkien elves age slower than humans.
  • Legolas randomly has sex with a monkey, one that's killed his friend in front of him.
