• Heartwarming Moments: Despite threatening him, Groot releases Rocket over the impostor and happily hugs him. This shows that no matter how mean Rocket can be, Groot cares for him deeply.
• Nightmare Fuel: Sure. That cat creature with the million credit bounty looks adorable at first, but the moment Rocket shoots it, the thing gives quite a horrifying face.
• Tear Jerker: When it looks like Rocket turns Groot in just to get the money needed for the ship, it's hard to not feel bad for poor Groot in the short amount of time he is locked up. Even if it was just all an act that he and Rocket planned so that he would be immediately broken out not long after imprisonment it's still upsetting to see.
