Considering who this little series focuses on, it only makes sense that each episode has it's share of funny moments

- The moment Groot hears Rocket say he refuses to clean up after never doing so for six years, his reaction is to give his buddy a bath. The way Rocket acts is similar to how a pet would act over being given a bath.
- After finding out that the receptionist was talking about Groot's hygiene and not his, all Groot can do is give an "Oh, Crap!" Smile to an angry Rocket. Cut back to the ship, Rocket prepares to take a chainsaw to Groot.
Episode 4: The Space Race
- Upon the start of the race, Rocket uses a claw to pull Blackjack O'Hare to be behind him. In response O'Hare does the same thing to Rocket, which causes Rocket to complain about him cheating.
- Just when Rocket and O'Hare are about to cross the finish line, the escape pod Rocket launched Groot in at the beginning of the episode smashes them both and crosses the line, making Groot the winner.
Episode 5: Space Walk
Episode 6: Shapeshifter
- After finding the impostor among them, Rocket takes the shapeshifter's remote and starts turning him into random characters including Groot, Blackjack, and a rubber ducky.

Episode 10: It's the Little Things
- When Rocket first notices the rodent, it makes a very familiar pose complete with the same music
. - While chasing the rodent, Rocket accidentally runs into a hole in the ship and gets his head stuck. While he is stuck there, the rodent bites his tail.
- When Groot returns carrying parts, he instantly scares the rodent out of the ship and finds Rocket stuck in one of his own traps.Rocket: We will never speak of this.
- The fact that Groot chooses to baby feed Rocket instead of instantly helping him out of the trap is also pretty funny.
Episode 11: Desperate Measures
Episode 12: That New Ship Smell
- Rocket's reaction to Al the AI of their new ship is to shoot it. It does no good though, as another one appears in its place. the AI also proves too demanding for either of them.
