• Crack Pairing: At least one fan has created fanart of the English- and Spanish-speaking Quackities from the teaser kissing, which is dubbed "Quackcest" by the fandom, as early as before Day 1 of the SMP. Quackity the content creator has accidentally stumbled across one such drawing on Twitter… and proceeded to like it.
• Fan Nickname:
  • Quesadilla Island, and by extension, the entire SMP has been nicknamed "Yaoi Island", "the LGBTQSMP", and "the Gay Sex SMP" because its population disproportionately consisted of men, and the only woman in the early days of the SMP, Jaiden, is aroace.
  • Es!Quackity and En!Quackity for the respective halves of Quackity's character before they are retconned back into one character.
  • Korean fans of the QSMP refer to Quackity as "Kity" (키티).
• Friendly Fandoms: As they share several content creators between them, there's naturally an overlap between fans of this series and fans of the Dream SMP and Karmaland.
• Memetic Mutation:
  • First bisexual Minecraft SMP. ^ExplanationThe QSMP initially advertised itself as the first bilingual SMP in the world. Some fans misread the word 'bilingual' as 'bisexual', and it all snowballed from there.
  • Jaiden's status as the only woman on the server in its early days hasn't gone unnoticed, but fans find it hysterical that she is aromantic asexual, meaning any and all ships on the server would have to be MLM by nature. This is also where the Fan Nickname "Yaoi Island" comes from.
    • Quackity, his harem, and Jaiden Animations. ^ExplanationA tongue-in-cheek way of referring to the server's early cast, referencing both the amount of Ho Yay between the members of the server and Jaiden being aroace.
  • Wilbur's Parental Favoritism. ^ExplanationWilbur has so far proven to be a fairly good dad to his egg child, which several Dream SMP fans have pointed out heavily contrasts with how his counterpart on the DSMP allegedly treated Fundy (his son according to that server's lore, though it only works by Common Knowledge as Wilbur was a reasonably good dad to Fundy in the DSMP), leading to jokes about DSMP Fundy finding out that his dad treats the egg better than him.
  • DanTDM's corpse. ^ExplanationHaving not shown up for the server since Egg Adoption Day, many fans have concluded that Dan is suffering from a Bus Crash, and any mention of him in the fandom after the event is often punctuated with jokes about throwing his alleged dead body or skeleton into the scene. This became true on November 4th, 2023 where he alongside Spreen are confirmed to have died after the Federation wasn't able to find them within a week, though no part of his dead body has been involved in any server events just yet.
  • QUACKITY PAY THE SERVER/PAGA EL SERVIDOR ^ExplanationThe QSMP server is somewhat prone to lag and has a tendency to outright crash during big events, which usually leads to fans spamming this phrase in the chats of whoever they're watching at the time.
• Misaimed Fandom: As with most other MCYT fandoms, while most of the viewers are aware that the events on the QSMP are roleplay and all the content creators are friendly with each other, a vocal minority are not, and may send hate to the content creators for playing characters who take morally questionable actions or are antagonistic to their favourites.
