- The Therizinosaurus vs. Deinocheirus battle, which is one of the story illustrations.
- Ruby latching onto the lead Alioramus' head, her toe claws digging into his lower jaw as he desperately tries to pry her off.
- Khan pulling a Big Damn Heroes to save Ruby and his nest, and defeat all three Alioramus by bashing, biting, kicking, and throwing them around like ragdolls, and literally stomping the pack leader into the ground under his foot in an illustration.
- Heartwarming Moments:
- Everything about the symbiotic Interspecies Friendship between Ruby and Khan.
- Khan's kids cuddling up to Ruby like she was their own mother in the end, with her own children joining in. There's even an illustration titled "Ruby's Triumph" to go with it.
