  • Alternative Character Interpretation: The game's Featureless Protagonist has had one through Epileptic Trees. It's possible they were just extremely imaginative, and all the endings before the final one were in their imagination, and the machine really is just a coffee maker.
  • Genius Bonus: The math formula on the whiteboard is the explicit formula for the nth term of the Fibonacci sequence.
  • Polished Port:
    • The 3D port has updated puzzles, new endings, and is in full 3D, and in VR.
    • The Switch port is the 3D one, but also portable.
  • That One Achievement: Perfectionist, which requires getting EVERY ENDING IN THE GAME without any unnecessary button presses. So, if you make one mistake, you have to start all over. Only 3% of players have gotten it in the original version. Especially annoying because of...
  • That One Level: The "Essence Of Machines" ending. Aside from the Unexpected Gameplay Change, it's one of only two endings with a genuine time limit. Chances are high you'll either have just enough time to burst every blood clot and kill the baby, or you'll run out just before you can deliver the final blow.
  • That One Puzzle: One of the endings requires you to press a button six hundred and sixty-six times. And that doesn't even get you the actual ending! Instead, it causes a screen to drop down that requires you to have seen a completely different ending (the "Illuminati" ending) and remembered four symbols in the corners of the screen to properly solve. Didn't do that, or saw the ending an hour ago and didn't realize you had to write down the four seemingly-random symbols in the corners? Blind guesswork time!
