- Complete Monster:
- Dr. Miyagi Kasuminome, the de-facto head of Doress Japan ESP department and the leader of Doress stand users in Morioh. A vicious individual who attempts to off Steel and Oskar for failing to defeat Morioh defenders. As revealed in The Washington Package Arrives arc, Miyagi is implied to be even worse than her father, Sendai, the Big Bad of Baoh, in how she would off-screen dissect stand users alive to understand the workings of stands to create an artificial one and evolve humanity, not to mention of her stand she uses to induce Psychic Induced Suicide while the victim is aware of everything she does. Detested by the employees and even Maynard himself, the doctor is one of the most detestable characters of the story.
- Yoma Hashimoto, a Serial Killer with a grudge against Rohan, steps up from his original appearance. Originally having killed three people, including his girlfriend, for disrupting his strict training regiment, this time Yoma is responsible for people going missing in Morioh, an event mentioned as early as Chapter 2, following Rohan from Tokyo to enact his revenge on him cheating in their treadmill game. While initially Faux Affably Evil, he's quick to flip into a murderous rage, using his newfound hamon powers to menace any stand user standing in his way. He goes off the rails completely in Chapter 24, becoming a Hero Killer by killing Oingo and almost killing Okuyasu who manages to hit him with The Hand, horrifically deforming him. In retaliation, crazed Yoma, set upon Okuyasu by Maynard in Chapter 25, brually kills Tonio and Virgina, desecrating their bodies to mock Okuyasu before proceeding to torture him.
- Continuity Lockout: Peculiar Parasitic Phenomenon incorporates story elements and characters not only from the six main parts of the original universe, from Phantom Blood to Stone Ocean, but characters from Steel Ball Run and JoJolion who make appearances as both cameos and plot-relevant alternate selves, most notably Satoru Akefu as a Red Herring antagonist and Rai Mamezuku as a Doress agent who combats Josuke and Ikuro. Spin-off events and characters from Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan and Crazy Diamond's Demonic Heartbreak are frequently mentioned and there are even references to Jorge Joestar. Chapter 16 is a fest of references to Araki's other works, such as Cool Shock B.T., and that's without mentioning Baoh being a major part of the story. To catch everything, one has to be well-versed in Araki works.
