YMMV / Little Nemo: The Dream Master

Go To

  • Adaptation Deviation: The film was not released in America until two years after the game and the film itself is quite obscure.
  • Awesome Music: Part of the games' enduring legacy is its soundtrack provided by Capcom's sound team.
    • Mushroom Forest (Stage 1) is a catchy and adventurous theme right up there with the greats as a memorable first level theme that set the tone for the rest of the game.
    • Nightmare Land (Stage 8) is an energetic song for the final level.
  • Breather Level: Cloud City (level 6) isn't easy per se, but quite a step down from levels 5 and 7. For some reason you don't have to hunt the keys down - they're all just sitting in front of the door - and so it's the most linear level in the game. Also, although the part where you fly up to the city in the clouds is pretty tough, the rest of the level isn't.
  • No Problem with Licensed Games: It's a solid platformer and got good reviews.
  • Surprise Difficulty: Superficially, it looks like a children's game (which it is), but remember this was made by Capcom in the same era as Mega Man 2.
