YMMV / Kiratto Pri☆Chan

Go To

  • Ensemble Dark Horse: Judging by recent surge of fanart, "Bug Mirai" is one, and she technically isn't even a character in the franchise itself, but a glitch version of Mirai from the Nintendo Switch port of PriPara. note  Heck, it was so popular, that it became the inspiration for Dark Daia!
  • Fan Nickname:
  • Fanon: Due to their Ambiguous Gender status, several fans headcanon Solulu as nonbinary.
  • Good Bad Bugs: Again, bug Mirai. Some consider her the most interesting aspect of Pri☆Chan.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: In the 31st episode, a recent chapter of Mirai's favorite manga ends with a cry for help from the author. Almost two weeks after this episode aired, an actual anime, My Sister, My Writer, put the message "Shojiki komatta", meaning "We're in serious trouble", as a cry for help in the credits of its sixth episode.
  • Launcher of a Thousand Ships: Sara. She's been shipped with Anna, Mirai, Rinka and Mel.
    • And speaking of Mirai, she has a ton of fans that ship her with either Sara, Nijinosaki, or in some rare cases Emo.
  • Les Yay: Much like the franchise's two biggest competitors, this show also has its fair share of this and it only increased as Pri☆Chan continued. Sara has this with her partner Anna (obviously), as well as Mirai and Rinka. In fact episode 10 was even titled, "We Tried Going On A Date With Our Rivals".
  • Memetic Mutation: After this glitch from the Nintendo Switch port of PriPara gave Mirai a rather creepy appearance, fans immediately latched onto this and affectionately christened her as "Bug Mirai", said bug has inspired tons of fanart and within a week "Bug Mirai" has more fanart than any other character in the series so far, and some have even started drawing bug versions of other characters like the cast of PriPara.
    • "Sounanda" has been declared Mirai's unofficial second catchphrase by the fanbase due to how often she says it in the show.
