• Never Live It Down: Within the business, Bundy was well-known for being on the receiving end of a tirade from Ernie Ladd in Mid-South Wrestling where Ladd called Bundy a “big fat piece of shit” and said he was stealing from the company just by cashing his check. Thanks to internet, various shoot interviews, and Jim Cornette’s Ernie Ladd impersonation, this story became widely known among fans who aren’t in the business. There’s a good chance this story will be brought up if Bundy’s name is mentioned.
• Older Than They Think: Remember the match between Brock Lesnar and Big Show from the June 12, 2003 SmackDown! where the ring collapsed from Brock superplexing Show? Bundy and Primo Carnera III (ECW's Big Guido) had done something like that back in April 1997, with the ring collapsing after Bundy had knee-dropped and splashed Carnera.
