• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • A video game based on the 1996 Summer Olympics Mascot as a great idea, but sadly, the game overall was just one for the licensed game heap, and Izzy faded into obscurity. Fast forward to 2007, the Olympics committee decide to forget games of their own mascots and go with getting the two most famous video game mascots themselves for future olympic video games.
  • This game was released for both the Super Nintendo and the Sega Genesis. Guess which famous console mascots would take the lead in future licensed Olympic video games?
• The Problem with Licensed Games: While it boasts nice sprite work and animation, Izzy sadly wound up just another mediocre and forgettable platformer in the 16-Bit Era.
