  • Funny Moments: There's plenty of laugh-worthy moments, but some are highly memorable.
    • Sid Handsome's second phase in his fight has him pumping iron to the beat of some funky exercise music, which is out of left field and makes the fight memorable for how silly it is.
    • When fighting Psychonaut, Anna Conda and John Sawyer both say out loud that the arsonist is insane. But as for Mow Man?
      "Preposterous behavior detected."
    • When approaching Hard-Knock Murdoch's lair, there are loads of signs warning trespassers to stay out, citing things like "live ammo". One sign, however, reads "No one ever reads my signs".
    • Marlo's dialogue during the second phase of his boss fight- when he's throwing crap from the helicopter at you- is hysterical.
"Did you want a puppy? Santa Claus heard you!" - said as he throws a police attack dog at you
  • Magnificent Bastard: The Shogun is the boastful leader of the No.1 Suspects, and the Final Boss of the game. Planning a citywide takeover, he uses the chaos caused by the other factions to silently take over various casinos and nightclubs around the city, bribing greedy cops to fight on his side. By the time anyone noticed his operation, the remaining law enforcement were left too weak to stop him. His loyal minions being some of the toughest opponents in the game, he fights you personally when cornered, first chasing you in a Humongous Mecha around his building, and then fighting you with only his skills and his swords while you're both on falling debris. Being bested, he warns the Bounty Hunters that the corporation that hired them isn't trustworthy, as well as claiming that someone just as dangerous as him could take over, both notions proven right when the corporation puts a bounty on their head.
  • That One Boss:
    • Teddy Taxman can be fairly dangerous, even though he has a pitiful amount of hp. You have to fight waves of his turrets first, and he's no slouch in direct combat. His shotgun has insane range, which means you will always have to be above or below him, but his minions and turrets can force you into his line of fire.
    • Dean Dandy can be considered a Wake-Up Call Boss given the fact that previous fights have just been the boss jumping around or shooting; Dean on the other hand actually causes changes in the terrain of the battlefield, making dodging his attacks or avoiding falling into rush-hour traffic below even harder. Adding onto this is that Dean Dandy does not call upon any other Heatseekers to attack you, depriving the player of the means to get healing and more ammo for their weapons.
    • Grandmaster Yuudai is fast for his old age and continually summons floating dragon drones which explode if the player gets too close to them. His automatic shotguns also have absurdly long reach, making it hard to dodge all his attacks and letting him shred through a bounty hunter's health in no time. Much like Dean Dandy, he also does not call upon any minions (besides the dragon drones), so the player can't heal mid-fight nor resupply their weapons.
