YMMV / G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout

• Angst? What Angst?: The entirety of the world has been conquered by Cobra and untold Inferred Holocaust. The Joes are entirely happy at the end when they've triumphed and ready for their next mission.
• Play the Game, Skip the Story: The story is basically a recycling of the Pyramid of Darkness from the cartoon, except Cobra somehow manages to take over the world.
• So Okay, It's Average: The general consensus of the game is that it is entertaining enough but a mostly mid-budget title which wastes its GI Joe premise.
