- Hilarious in Hindsight: This series was first worked on back in 2016, while HuGtto! Pretty Cure started airing in 2018. The fact that there are 5 Pretty Cure with near identical theme colors (replace orange with red) who joined the team in the same order, the fact that the purple one joins the group after being purified and saved from the antagonists, the music-sub theme, the similar villain line-ups at the beginning of each series-all complete coincidences.
- Les Yay: There's a lot of it in this series. Special mention goes to episode 9, where Kaede and Alana literally tell each other they love the other. They may have just been doing this as an in-character gag, however.
