YMMV / Forsaken AR: Darkest Delivery

Go To

  • Awesome Music: The various character and shop themes, produced by Kamil, the developer of Ultra Custom Night. Special mention goes to Creation’s second theme, Burning Passion, a metal track that is both awesome and terrifying.
  • Crosses the Line Twice: Circus Baby’s claw that got a child killed back in Sister Location being reworked into a claw machine is so tasteless (in-universe) yet darkly hilarious.
  • Friendly Fandoms: With the Ultra Custom Night fandom, as both games have similar concepts of taking existing FNAF games and adding more characters to them, as well as the developers being in good terms with Kamil. Kamil producing most of the new music for Forsaken also helps.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: The inclusion of the Five Nights at Freddy's Plus incarnation of Freddy becomes this when Phisnom came under fire for harassment, which caused him to retire and FNAF Plus to be cancelled.
  • Heartwarming Moments: Timbokek, a good friend of the developers, passed away in 2022. The developers shared their condolences by making a profile icon based off of Timbo and dedicating the game as a whole to him.
  • Nightmare Fuel: Has its own page.
  • That One Boss:
    • Lefty is a definite contender for this. He has Springtrap’s behavior, which is pretty hard to begin with, but the addition of the noise meter makes him even more difficult, to the point where some fans consider him harder than the actual bosses, despite him only being a miniboss.
    • Molten Freddy. He’s considered the hardest of the scrap animatronics (not counting Lefty), and for damn good reasons. He moves extremely fast and unpredictably not unlike Foxy from the original game, and his haywire requires you to look at him almost immediately. However, the really hard part is the part drops from the second phase, as they are much smaller than your typical parts, and unlike the haywires and charges, the attack block buffs will NOT protect you if you fail to pick up a part.
    • Afton and Scrap Baby, while not as bad as Molten Freddy, are still somewhat difficult. They behave nearly identically (with the exception of Scrap Baby just acting like normal Baby in her first round), and their second round involves you needing to shock them when they haywire, and you don’t get much time for either character. The last phase for both (as well as Afton’s first phase) utilizes Springtrap’s haywire, which involves needing to look at them when their eyes are white, and look away when they turn red. If not for the attack block buffs being available, these two would be just as hard, if not harder than Molten Freddy.
    • The aforementioned Creation (see Nightmare Fuel), in addition to being the scariest addition to the game, is also one of the hardest characters. Once again, he uses Springtrap’s haywire for his first phase, but it’s made even worse with Creation, as not only are his pupils smaller than most other characters, you need to wear the mask when he haywires, which restricts your vision. He also has a very fast charge (albeit not as fast as Funtime Freddy). His second phase involves him dropping plushies that you need to pick up, which is actually migated due to you having unlimited time to retrieve them. The real problem is his haywire, which involves him needing to be shocked when he haywires, which is made even worse with the static from his fight being the steam from the Jack-O animatronic duo, which is harder to clear compared to the regular static and disabling your shocker, meaning if the steam goes up while he haywires, you’re practically screwed.
  • Visual Effects of Awesome: The various models, just like the original game, are very well made and are successfully made to look realistic.
