• Jerkass Woobie: Jagi, after losing his girlfriend.
• Tear Jerker:
  • Anna's death. After being raped and gravely wounded, she's crawling desperately in order to find Jagi. He arrives too late. She's already dead when he finds her. Also, after finding her, Jagi gets shot and it looks like he's going to die with her in his arms.
    Jagi: "Anna... I couldn't do anything..."
  • Even after all the heinous things he did, Jagi may evoke a tiny bit of sympathy when, while dying, he starts to hallucinate and thinks he sees Anna.
    Jagi: "You're... ANNA! Anna, save me, please! I'm begging you! Tell meee... please, tell me... where did I go wrong?!" (Thinking.) Oh, that's right... ...I even abandoned Anna...
