• Fridge Brilliance: Remember Carter's views on Black People? Yeah, since he dated Lois at one point, we can guess some of Jerome's views are justified, though that probably adds another layer to why him and Lois dated.
• Jerkass Woobie: Jerome, who is revealed to be rather livid towards white people, due to his own bad experiences. His daughter sets him straight at the end, although it's easy to feel for him.
• Signature Scene: Peter hallucinating Quagmire as a toilet, which became the subject of several memes.
• Strawman Has a Point: While Jerome shouldn't have been so quick to judge Chris and Pam's relationship on racial pretences, he has a reason to be weary of White people due to his experiences with institutionalized racism and effects thereof. And while Peter is well-meaning, he's also really ignorant, which doesn't do him any favors in convincing Jerome that White people aren't all bad.
