• Adorkable: Olive is a nerdy little elephant girl who loves reading books and eating bananas. Her obsession with these things make her very endearing.
• Awesome Art: The animation is not hand-drawn, but it does an extremely good job of mimicking that feel. The backgrounds are gorgeous, lush works of art reminiscent of Harvey Beaks.
• Awesome Music:
  • The music score played in the series is very light with a pleasant bubblegum pop vibe, that makes the series very serene and relaxing.
  • The instrumental version of the theme song, played during the closing credits of every episode, is a relaxing and cozy way to end your adventures with Elinor.
  • "Why Do I Wonder" is a soulful, yet powerful, ballad about Elinor having asked questions in the past and she wants to know why she is asking why, complete with powerful vocals from Markeda McKay.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: A platypus kid present in the background of several episodes has yet to even speak, but they're already popular with fans and their wiki page is very detailed.
• Friendly Fandoms:
  • With other PBS Kids show fandoms, but especially with Let's Go Luna! and Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, since all three of these shows have many overlapping cast members and similar feels.
  • Donkey Hodie fans also tend to be fans of Elinor.
  • Also with Bluey and Lupin's Tales, two other Sweet Dreams Fuel furry shows.
  • With the Netflix animated series, Hilda, which make sense since both protagonists from their respective shows are always looking for adventure and fun.

• Heartwarming Moments:
  • Just seeing Elinor, Ari, and Olive working together as a team, is adorable and shows viewers how much they care for each other.
  • Elinor and Ari comforting Olive with a group hug in "Olive's Tree" after Olive is saddened when her tree has fallen overnight. It really shows viewers how strong their bond is no matter what happens to them.
  • Elinor's final appearance in every episode is during the end credits where she wears an adorable pair of sunglasses, complete with bunny charms!◊ Viewers get one more look at Elinor's adorable personality.
  • Right after Elinor, Ari, and Olive sing about birds in "Bird Song", their human pyramid (with Ari and Olive carrying Elinor) topples over due to their combined heavy weight, and the three friends share a laugh together◊.
• Moe: All the characters, but especially Elinor for her curiosity, kindness, and adorable design, especially when she dons a sad or confused look◊.
• Periphery Demographic: It already has a teen/adult fanbase thanks to the show's innocence and sweetness. It truly speaks volumes that 4chan, one of the crassest, crudest places online, loves the show, and has multiple threads about it on /co/.
• Popular with Furries: The show featuring Funny Animal characters and being very innocent and sweet made it a hit with the furry community.
• Sweet Dreams Fuel: It's a very relaxing, lighthearted show that focuses on science and nature. It features adorable, sweet animal characters who live in Animal Town and the songs featured throughout are charming enough to listen to.
• Testosterone Brigade: Ranger Rabbit has hordes of fanboys for her attractive design. Some even watch the show just for her.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: Due to his somewhat feminine name, Ari is often assumed to be a girl by viewers.
• Viewer Species Confusion: Fans tended to believe that Koa was quokka. The creators debunked this, stating that he's a wombat.
