- Accidental Innuendo: You can definitely find a Double Entendre in the line "You were the girl (or "the one" in Sydney's solo version) who came with the sunrise" from "Let's Love", but given the relatively innocent content of their other songs, this was probably unintentional.
- Awesome Music: "Come Together" is a pop-bordering-on-rock song that's vastly different from the rest of Talking Dreams, but is really awesome to listen to.
- Heartwarming Moments:
- "Baby Don't Leave Me (All Alone On Christmas)" is a heartbreaking song about a relationship on the rocks. On the other, the tone of the song is ultimately hopeful, with the singer pleading for the Love Interest to stay with her and expressing her wish that they can still make things work.
- "Follow You", the song Sydney wrote as a response to Cameron Quiseng's proposal:
I think I found my soul mate, yes I do
I think I found the one who knows me
I don't wanna think about what it'd be like without you
Anywhere
I'll follow you anywhere
Wherever you go, anywhere
I'll follow you, I'll follow you. - Signature Song: "Cool Kids" is easily their most well-known song.
