• Catharsis Factor: Roger getting his just desserts when he accidentally broadcasts his confession to the entire school and gets busted by Mr. Bone, sentenced to polishing all of his yodeling trophies. The icing on the cake is Doug trying to warn Roger that the intercom is on, and Roger's refusal to listen ends up being his downfall.
• Heartwarming in Hindsight: Well, maybe not for Doug himself, but at the end of the episode, Roger tells Doug that he loved Judy’s show (mostly because it got him out of taking a math test) and that she can come back anytime she wants. Skip ahead to Doug’s Worst Nightmare, and we learn that Roger’s developed a crush on Judy.
